What's the difference between clinical hypnosis and QHHT?
QHHT® achieves the deepest level of hypnosis possible, the Somnambulistic level of trance. The Somnambulistic state is ordinarily experienced two times a day: just before becoming awake and just before falling asleep. Most hypnotists do not work in the Somnambulistic level, either because they don’t have the ability to access this level of trance, or they are wary of working in the most mysterious level of hypnosis, which can produce unexpected results, such as reliving a past life.

Is this a past life regression?
It most certainly can be and more often that not is! 99% of my sessions have included a trip to alternative (past and future) lifetimes. Most clients go to past lives to discover the hidden messages buried in that lifetime that aligns with their intention for the session. "Past lives" are an amazing way to gain insight into your current lifetime and rediscover pieces of yourself that have been there all along!
