Over the years I've opened myself up as a clear channel to the divine and discovered the hidden meanings of why I was carrying excess weight, why food/substances were comfort tools, and how to free myself from the "prison" of my own mind. 
 
Through self-love practices, shadow work, meditations, and magic I was able to reprogram my mind and release my traumas resulting in a losing over 100lbs and found complete freedom to express my highest self.
